Steam Wishlist Ranker (the "Site") handles your information as described below.
1. Information you enter and how it is handled
To load your wishlist, the Site asks you to enter your wishlist or profile URL (or your SteamID64). The SteamID64 is read from the URL inside your browser. Your SteamID64, together with your ranking progress, results, and settings such as your chosen language, is stored only in your own browser (localStorage). The operator does not run a database to collect or store users' information.
When your wishlist is loaded, your SteamID64 is sent to Steam through a relay server (Cloudflare Workers) that forwards requests to the Steam API. If your URL has the form "/id/name/", that name is also sent to Steam through the same relay server to look up your SteamID64. This relay is used only to complete the request. Logging on the relay server is disabled, and the operator does not store, record, or use this information. If a Steam Web API key was entered in an earlier version of the Site and is still saved, it is removed from your browser when the Site starts.
To show price history such as the lowest price on Steam, the App IDs (game numbers) of the games in your wishlist are sent through the relay server (Cloudflare Workers) to the IsThereAnyDeal API. Your SteamID64 is not sent to IsThereAnyDeal.
To show prices from your local store, the relay server (Cloudflare Workers) uses the country of your connection, as determined by Cloudflare from your IP address, to get prices and currency from the Steam store for that country. The country is used only to get prices and is not stored. Your selected display language is also sent to the relay server so that game names and similar details can be retrieved in that language.
2. Applying your ranking to Steam (bookmarklet)
To apply your ranking to your Steam wishlist, you save a bookmark whose code contains your ranking (the ordered list of game IDs) in your own browser. Only when you click that bookmark on your Steam wishlist page is the order sent to Steam. This happens entirely in your browser, and nothing is sent to the operator's servers.
If you turn on "Also add Steam categories", after reordering the same bookmark calls Steam's category feature (api.steampowered.com) on the Steam page to add categories to your games. The Steam access token this requires is obtained and used only within the Steam page and is never sent to this Site or the relay server.
3. Advertising
The Site may use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google, a third-party vendor. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Site or other sites.

4. Donations
The Site has an optional donation link (Ko-fi) to support its operation. Payments and the handling of your information in the donation process are governed by the policies of Ko-fi and its payment providers.
5. Third-party services
The Site uses html2canvas (loaded via unpkg) to generate images, Sortable.js (loaded via jsDelivr) to reorder rankings, Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic, various Steam services to retrieve game information and images, and the IsThereAnyDeal API to show historical low prices. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate traffic statistics without using cookies.

The Site is an unofficial tool and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site.
